How to Change Your Move Goal on the Apple Watch

  • On your Apple Watch, open the Activity app.

  • Hard press (3D Touch) the screen to see your options.

  • Tap Change Move Goal.

  • Tap the plus and minus icons to adjust your Move goal.

  • Tap Update.
