How to Unpair an Apple Watch from iPhone

There are a few occasions when you might need to unpair your Apple Watch from your iPhone. Getting a new iPhone or a new Apple Watch are a couple reasons, but in general, unpairing your Apple watch is a good thing to know how to do. Here’s how to unpair an Apple Watch from your iPhone.

How to Unpair an Apple Watch from iPhone

  • Open the Watch app on iPhone.

  • From the My Watch tap, tap on your watch at the very top.

  • Tap the orange information ‘i’.

  • Select Unpair Apple Watch.

  • Tap Unpair [Name of Apple Watch].

  • Enter your Apple ID Password, and confirm Unpair.

  • A screen will appear letting you know that your iPhone is unpairing from your Apple Watch.
